the joys of write and rewrite

so the synopsis really isn't working out. it's too long and doesn't tell the story in whole it just tells the story from a big chunk in the beginning and then later just introduces characters. i have two full scripts completed and outlines for nine more. i need to figure out a few things before i can actually get the synopsis in full affect. i got the beginning. i have somewhat of a middle. now, i need an end.

writing a script is a real pain in the dick

hello internet. i'm writing a comic book about a friends band. not for a lack of imagination, but all of the characters are friends of mine who live in fort collins, colorado. they each get a role that's distinct to their look or personality. the comic is about a band named: "give 'er hell" that has been given a wonderful opportunity to lead extra ordinary lives as protectors. they protect us from the things that go bump in the night. or sometimes during the day depending on the circumstance. behind them is always a path of destruction as they go forth and try save the day. no one said being in a band and having to protect the world would be easy.

i want to send this out to publishers, but i fear rejection. i keep asking myself, "is it good enough?" it seems good enough to me and to my friends. the story is pretty good one and i feel that it could have a good run. i suppose we'll see. maybe if no one wants it. i'll publish it myself.
